About

Hi, this is Shou-Ming Chang (張守銘). I am a Ph.D. candidate in Economics at the Graduate Center, City University of New York (CUNY). I obtained my LL.B. from National Taiwan University.

My research is centered on public economics, law and economics, and their intersection with macroeconomics. I am currently working on my dissertation under the supervision of Prof. Paul Krugman.
