Hi, this is Shou-Ming Chang (張守銘). I am a Ph.D. candidate in Economics at the Graduate Center, City University of New York (CUNY). I obtained my LL.B. from National Taiwan University.

My research lies at the intersection of economics, law, and political science. Across these fields, I study institutions as economic objects and use economic theory to understand how rules shape individual behavior and collective outcomes.

I am currently working on my dissertation under the supervision of Paul Krugman.
